• Follow Health Connections' policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.

• Protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of myself and others.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements.

• Communicate honestly, professionally, and respectfully.

• Declare any situations that may create a conflict of interest.

• Report any concerns regarding safeguarding, safety, misconduct, discrimination, harassment, or unlawful behaviour.

• Act in a way that upholds the reputation and values of Health Connections.

• Work positively with staff, volunteers, and partners to support the charity's mission of "Creating a Connected Community."
