Dame Mary Perkins
Dame Mary Perkins, founder of Specsavers, moved to Guernsey in 1984 and has long been a dedicated Patron of Health Connections. As one of the UK’s most successful female entrepreneurs, she is admired for both her business achievements and her commitment to community wellbeing.

Bella Farrell
Bella has over 35 years’ experience working with people at their most vulnerable across the public, private and charitable sectors.
She began her career as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, and holds a Master’s degree in Health Management as well as a Master’s diploma in Systemic Team Leadership Coaching.
Bella is CEO of Health Connections, Chair of CareWatch, and a Director of the Association of Guernsey Charities (AGC).

Vicky Groulef
Vicky has been a Talking Café volunteer for several years and is passionate about enabling people to make new friends and connect with the services that matter most.
She previously managed a development team for an international charity. She is a qualified teacher who worked in international projects, with a particular emphasis on supporting women and girls. Vicky also has a background in business, politics and campaigning, bringing strong experience in advocacy, strategy, and social change.
Finance Director
Catherine Griggs
Catherine is a qualified accountant who has worked in the financial services industry, mainly with investment funds, for over 35 years in London and in Guernsey.
Catherine is currently a consultant for a private equity firm and holds several non-executive directorships. She has been our Finance Director since 2018 and also enjoys spending time in our shops.
Communications director
Srabani Sen
Srabani has over 30 years’ experience in Business Strategy and Marketing in a wide range of industry sectors in the UK, with the last 7 years in the finance sector in Guernsey.
Srabani is currently a Director and the Global Head of Portfolio Marketing at a global financial services provider and is responsible for building out audience centric product positioning and strategy to drive revenue.
Board Secretary
Kirsty Le Pelley
Kirsty is our Board Secretary and assists the CEO with ad-hoc projects, particularly focusing on capturing the impact of the charity.
Kirsty has years of experience in a corporate setting and applies her expertise to supporting the Board ensuring excellent governance and improving the efficiency of the charity.
Director
Mark O'Neill
Mark is a qualified Relationship Counsellor and Social Care Practitioner, with over 15 years’ experience working in Guernsey across health, social care and the voluntary sector.
His background includes roles within disability services, Public Health and mental health services, as well as more recent work with local charities including the Youth Commission and Relationships Guernsey (Formerly RELATE).
Mark currently works as a Relationship Counsellor with Relationships Guernsey and also practises privately, offering counselling support for individuals and couples through his service, Rock Relationships.

Karen Martin
Karen Martin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management.
With a career spanning over three decades, she has built a strong track record in people management, organisational development, and strategic HR leadership.
Risk Director
Nathan Silk
Nathan has extensive experience in risk management and governance, currently working within the States of Guernsey to support resilience and risk planning across the organisation.
Nathan's background includes roles in compliance and water quality, giving him a strong foundation in safety, regulation, and community protection.

Bella Farrell

Bella has over 35 years’ experience supporting people across the public, private, and charity sectors. A Registered Nurse and Midwife with a masters in Health Management and a Masters Diploma in Systemic Team Leadership Coaching, she is CEO of Health Connections, Chair of CareWatch, and a Director of the Association of Guernsey Charities. Bella is passionate about strengthening the charity sector and building a compassionate, connected community, drawing inspiration from family, friends, nature, music, and art.
Operations Manager
Agi Savcenko

Agi joined Health Connections as a volunteer in 2020 and is now shop operations and partnerships lead. Multilingual and experienced in fashion (BA Fashion Design), retail, marketing, and accounting, she combines a passion for sustainable living with a natural eye for merchandising and a warm, approachable style. Outside work, she trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and volleyball, sea swims, wild camps, cooks Asian food, grows organically, and enjoys sewing, crafting, and up-cycling.
Community Impact Lead
Fiona Creed

Fi lives on Herm with her husband and three children. With a background in customer service and childcare, she has volunteered with Homestart and led a community hall renovation project. After completing Community Connector Training in 2021, she joined Health Connections to support the local community. Fi enjoys family time, cooking, baking, and fundraising.
Shop Manager
Arina Sennikova

Arina moved to Guernsey in 2022 and soon joined Health Connections as a volunteer, inspired by her passion for fashion, preloved items, and community support. Within a year, she became a shop manager and enjoys meeting people, hearing their stories, and contributing to the charity’s mission every day.

Sharon Walden

Sharon began volunteering with Health Connections as a driver in March and now also supports administration. With a background in legal and medical admin, she brings valuable experience from both sectors. She enjoys time with her family and grandchildren, walking her dog Ruby, travelling, and reading thrillers and travel books.
Community Connector Lead
Magdalena Ford

Magda has lived in Guernsey for 17 years with her husband and children. A qualified Health Trainer and Counsellor, she has worked for HSC and volunteered with local charities including Guernsey Bereavement Service. Passionate about wellbeing, she loves inspiring others to live healthily and enjoys psychology, personal development, cooking, DIY, and arts & crafts.
Design & Community Engagement Manager
Beth Murphy

Beth worked in our Smith Street shop before joining the team to support with design, communications and managing our directory. Beth has a background in Project Management and campaign production. She loves being in the water and can usually be found on the beach, hiking or kite surfing. Beth also loves making clothes, up-cycling and all things creative.

Jo Enevoldsen

Jo volunteered with Health Connections for nearly two years before becoming Transport Coordinator in July 2024, alongside her work as a Beauty Therapist and Masseuse. Jo enjoys supporting others, learning new skills, and loves spending time with family and friends, walking, and sea swimming - even in winter.

Emy Hastings

After finishing school then completing a college course in Health and Social Care, Emy began volunteering with Health Connections. When a paid position became available, Emy was delighted to step into her first professional role and is loving it. Emy's college training has equipped her with valuable skills that she uses every day, and she's eager to continue learning, developing, and growing a career within this field.

Kim Le Moigne

Kim began volunteering with Health Connections as a driver and began as a Transport Coordinator in November 2025. With over 20 years within the Guernsey Finance sector in Risk and Compliance. She enjoys walking, travelling, and new people.
